Key Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will: Lead and support the delivery of complex Defence and Aerospace projects and programmes. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts. Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery against scope, cost, quality and schedule. Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders. Produce governance reports, dashboards and performance metrics for senior leadership. Build trusted relationships with clients, providing expert project management support and advice. Drive continuous improvement and promote project management best practice across client organisations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience delivering projects within Defence, Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing or other highly regulated industries. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, governance, risk and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to manage competing priorities in complex project environments. A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for delivering successful outcomes. Eligibility to obtain or hold UK Security Clearance (subject to client requirements).
