Today we are supporting the implementation of a new generation customer-facing mobile application within an international financial services environment. The solution has already been developed from a technology perspective. The key challenge is now to successfully introduce it to the organization, coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive adoption, and ensure a seamless customer experience across different markets and business units. We are looking for a professional who understands both the business and customer side of digital products. Ideally, you have experience building, implementing, or enhancing mobile banking applications, digital customer portals, insurance applications, fintech solutions, or other B2C digital products within regulated industries . This role requires someone who can effectively bridge business, technology, operations, and customer experience functions while ensuring successful delivery and user engagement. YOU WILL Lead the implementation and rollout of a customer-facing mobile application. Coordinate activities across business, operations, technology, compliance, and customer service teams. Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple business functions and markets. Act as the primary point of contact between business and technology teams. Define and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate workshops and business discussions to gather requirements and drive decision-making. Support change management and adoption activities to maximize platform usage. Collaborate with Product, UX, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to optimize customer journeys. Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives. Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital experience. Support post-launch improvements and continuous development initiatives. 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, or Business Change roles. Experience delivering customer-facing digital products, particularly mobile applications or self-service platforms. Strong preference for candidates with experience in: Banking FinTech Payments Lending Insurance Wealth Management Other regulated financial services environments Hands-on involvement in the development, implementation, or enhancement of mobile banking applications or similar digital platforms. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technology domains. Strong understanding of customer journeys, user behavior, and customer engagement strategies. Ability to drive organizational change and user adoption. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluent English communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with mobile banking applications, customer portals, or digital engagement platforms. Experience managing multi-country or international rollouts. Knowledge of collections, lending, debt management, or customer servicing processes. Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or comparable certification. Experience collaborating with UX, Customer Experience, and Digital Product teams.
