Project Manager - Discrete

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing customer expectations, project scope, schedules, budgets, and delivering business outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including risk, scope, change, communications, and stakeholder management. Be the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, cultivating strong and trusted relationships. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including consultants, developers, and solution architects. Leverage Infor deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality execution. Monitor project health and performance, and proactively identify and resolve issues or roadblocks. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across project delivery and customer success. Basic Qualifications: Be an experienced project manager, ideally within the enterprise software or SaaS space. Experience of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification. Experience working with Infor products or within industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution. Experience with cloud deployments, change management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
