As a Project Manager you will play a key role in building our clinic network across Poland from the ground up. Starting with the opening of our first clinic in Warsaw in September, you will be hands-on for the first two months to shape day-to-day operations, before growing into a full Project Manager role coordinating the rollout across the country. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Setting up and opening new clinics - from finding suitable doctors and clinic partners to establishing fully operational sites Coordinate all legal work related to clinic setup, in close collaboration Kick off the first clinic in Warsaw (opening scheduled for September) Manage all tasks related to clinic openings – from site selection and vendor coordination to onboarding local staff Progressively take ownership of the multi-clinic rollout and its coordination across markets WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE ~2 years prior work experience in operations of telemedicine clinics or anything related with healthcare Highly structured, organized way of working – demonstrated through university projects, side projects, or prior work Genuine ambition and entrepreneurial energy – you get excited about building something from zero, not managing what already exists Willingness to travel around Poland to different clinic locations Comfort with ambiguity – early-stage projects rarely have a clear playbook; you're excited about creating it as you go Entrepreneurial energy – you get excited about building something from zero, not managing what already exists Native Polish and fluent English – both required, as you'll bridge local operations and cross-border coordination WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO We offer you flexible working hours in an innovative and agile working environment.
