The Role Take ownership of impactful customer implementation projects from start to finish while shaping the standards, processes, and tools that drive delivery excellence—apply now and help elevate project management and governance across the organization! Key Responsibilities Project Management & Governance (approx. 90%) End-to-end planning, management and successful delivery of customer implementation projects, ensuring achievement of project objectives, timelines, budget and quality targets Leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Proactive management of project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication Driving customer value realization and ensuring sustainable project outcomes in close collaboration with customers and project teams Ensuring compliance with established project management standards, governance frameworks and quality requirements Supporting project audits, health checks and governance reviews to improve project transparency and delivery excellence Contributing to the continuous professionalization of project delivery methodologies, tools and reporting structures PMO, Process & Governance Excellence (approx. 1 0%) Development and continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, methodologies and best practices based on lessons learned and organizational requirements Driving governance initiatives and supporting the implementation of project management frameworks, controls and reporting mechanisms across the organization Optimization and documentation of project-related processes and workflows in collaboration with key stakeholders Key user responsibilities for Salesforce (CRM) and Certinia (PSA), including requirements analysis, prioritization and reporting improvements Supporting organizational change initiatives and delivering internal trainings on project management methodologies, governance standards and tool usage Key Requirements Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences, Informatics, Engineering) or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within software implementation, consulting or professional services environments Proven experience leading customer-facing projects with responsibility for scope, budget, timeline and quality Strong understanding of project governance, project controls, risk management and project reporting Industry or domain knowledge in HR, Time Management, Workforce Management, Resource Planning or Scheduling is advantageous but not mandatory. We welcome experienced Project Managers from other industries who are eager to develop domain expertise alongside strong project delivery and governance capabilities.
