The Role: Project Manager (French Speaker)

📍 Location: Lisbon

🏢🏠 Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

💰🏦 Sector: Financial Services

🗣️ Languages: English & French (C1)

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

🧑 Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• Experience managing or coordinating projects in IT environments;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience with project governance, reporting, and project tracking;
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT transition, integration, or transformation projects;
• Technical background in software engineering, system design, architecture, DevOps, or CI/CD;
• Experience leading development teams, coaching engineers, and driving engineering best practices;
• Banking or financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project delivery, transition, integration, and transformation initiatives;
• Manage governance, reporting, risks, dependencies, actions, and deliverables;
• Coordinate business, technical, and client stakeholders;
• Facilitate workshops and support requirements gathering and scope clarification;
• Drive project execution, delivery objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
