Sponge Compliance is looking for experienced Project Manager to support our ongoing compliance e-learning project delivery.
This could be a fixed employee (or Freelance) assignment, supporting client and internal e-learning delivery activity. You will work closely with our Berlin-based Sponge Compliance team to help plan, coordinate and manage digital learning projects, ensuring work is delivered clearly, efficiently and to a high standard to our customers.
You will be part of a team delivering compliance e-learning projects across a range of industries. The role requires strong project coordination, clear stakeholder communication and the ability to keep work moving in a busy delivery environment.
This assignment would suit someone who is customer-and solutions focused, resilient, and who can bring structure to complexity, manage competing priorities and help clients and colleagues feel they are in safe and professional hands.

Assignment overview
- Project Management support is required for ongoing client and internal delivery activity.
- Assignment length. Either full-time, or if Freelance it can vary depending on project needs, availability and upcoming delivery requirements.
- Work will be connected to the Berlin-based Sponge Compliance team, with the ability to work from the Berlin office regularly, and when required.
- German language skills are required at native or business-fluent level, paired with strong English communication skills.
- The role will work closely with internal project managers, learning teams, client-facing colleagues and delivery stakeholders.
What you will be doing
- Planning and coordinating assigned compliance e-learning customer projects.
- Managing timelines, actions, responsibilities, risks and dependencies.
- Supporting delivery across client projects and internal workstreams.
- Translating client needs and project requirements into clear actions and deliverables.
- Keeping clients and internal stakeholders informed through clear updates, meeting actions, documentation and status reporting.
- Supporting handovers, review cycles, quality checkpoints and delivery governance.
- Identifying risks, blockers or scope changes early and helping the team re-plan where needed.
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence.
- Supporting change requests, project updates and delivery documentation where required.

- Experience in project management, digital learning, e-learning, production or a related delivery environment.
- Ideally, experience managing e-learning projects, particularly within compliance learning or regulated environments.
- Good understanding of project management tools, processes and methodologies.
- Strong organisation and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
- Confidence working with clients, internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- A calm, resilient and solutions-focused approach when priorities shift or challenges arise.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence tracking actions, risks, timelines and deliverables.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working within agreed scope, timelines and project expectations.
- German language skills at native or business-fluent level, paired with strong English communication skills.
