About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Cloud Platform Program Manager to lead a large-scale greenfield transformation program for a Medical Indemnity Insurance client. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Guidewire Cloud implementations, enterprise program management, insurance domain knowledge, and stakeholder leadership to successfully deliver complex business and technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Lead end-to-end Guidewire Cloud Platform implementation programs from inception through go-live and stabilization.
• Drive program governance, execution strategy, delivery roadmap, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple workstreams across business, technology, integration, data, testing, change management, and vendor teams.
• Establish executive-level reporting, program KPIs, and steering committee governance processes.

Guidewire & Technology Leadership

• Ensure adherence to Guidewire Cloud implementation best practices and guiding principles for greenfield implementations.
• Provide oversight across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, DataHub, InfoCenter, and Guidewire Cloud ecosystem solutions.
• Drive cloud-native architecture, integration strategy, data migration, security, environment management, and release planning.
• Partner with Guidewire, system integrators, and client technology teams to ensure successful delivery.

Insurance Domain Leadership

• Translate business priorities into program outcomes aligned with insurance operating models.
• Manage transformation initiatives involving underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, digital channels, and regulatory compliance.
• Leverage insurance industry best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in Medical Indemnity Insurance is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications

• 15-18 years of experience in large-scale insurance technology programs.
• Minimum 8+ years leading Guidewire implementation programs.
• Proven experience delivering at least 2-3 Guidewire Cloud Platform greenfield implementations.
• Strong experience managing programs large globally distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of Guidewire Cloud architecture, delivery methodology, and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, business sponsors, and third-party vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Medical Indemnity Insurance domain experience.
• Guidewire certifications and cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps, and cloud transformation programs.
• Strong commercial, contract, and vendor management skills.
