Project Manager (High-End Custom Home Construction)

The company operates with a lean, collaborative team where the Project Manager plays a critical role in connecting management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects organized and moving forward. Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience working on US-based construction projects, ideally within high-end or luxury custom residential construction. This role will serve as a key communication and coordination point across the company, helping manage client relationships, support project execution, review construction documents and budgets, and improve internal processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable reading blueprints, and confident communicating with high-expectation clients and construction professionals. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents Analyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets Coordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders Track project requirements, follow-ups, deliverables, and outstanding items Help ensure projects remain aligned with quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations Manage client communications with a strong focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate solutions Support the delivery of high-end custom homes while maintaining rigorous quality standards Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and communication systems Learn and adapt to company-specific procedures, tools, and project management systems Provide general project coordination and administrative support as needed Required Qualifications 2–3+ years of professional experience working on US-based construction projects Bachelor's degree or equivalent baccalaureate-level education Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and finishes Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications Fluent English, both written and verbal Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills Professional communication skills suitable for working with high-net-worth and high-expectation clients Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly: Outlook Word Excel Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a small team Preferred Qualifications Experience with luxury or high-end custom home construction Experience working directly with US-based builders, contractors, project managers, or homeowners Familiarity with high-end residential materials, finishes, and construction methods Experience reviewing vendor estimates and construction budgets Previous experience managing client relationships in a construction environment Experience improving construction workflows, processes, or internal systems Experience working with remote or distributed construction teams What Will Make You Stand Out Proven experience managing or coordinating luxury custom residential projects Strong understanding of the level of detail and communication required for high-end construction Demonstrated ability to work with discerning clients who have high expectations Track record of improving project workflows, communication, or internal processes Ability to identify problems early and proactively drive solutions Strong ownership mentality and willingness to learn the company's processes Ability to bring fresh ideas while still working within established systems and standards Client & Team Environment The client heavily values quality, communication, professionalism, and continuous improvement .
