Project Manager III

Job Title: Project Manager III – Implementation Location: Remote Shift Flexibility: Shift 3 (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Project Manager IIII to lead high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives across private cloud, infrastructure, and hybrid hosting environments. This role demands a visionary leader with deep technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder management, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects & programs that align with organizational goals. The PM3 will mentor junior project managers, drive cross-functional alignment, and influence executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic, multi-phase programs involving infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, data center migrations and enterprise hosting. Oversee program-level planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Partner with leadership, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to deliver business-critical outcomes. Manage high-complexity projects with broad scope, significant risk exposure, and cross-functional dependencies. Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, program roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards. Facilitate SLT-level communications, steering committee updates, and executive escalations. Champion continuous improvement, agile adoption, and delivery excellence across the project lifecycle. Mentor and coach other junior project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Lead enterprise, customer‑facing infrastructure delivery programs with contractual, SLA, and financial accountability. Ensure predictable, on time delivery of complex infrastructure implementations while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge Advanced understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Expertise in Project & Program management, resource planning, and financial tracking. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI. Strong analytical skills to assess project health, forecast risks, and drive data-informed decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence technical and non-technical teams, including C-level stakeholders. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure domains: Cloud Computing (Private/Public/Hybrid) Networking & Security Virtualization & Storage Operating Systems (Windows/Linux) Databases & Backup Solutions Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of project/program management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or cloud environments. Proven success in leading enterprise-scale programs with global impact. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Flexibility to work in any shift as per project requirements.
