Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid ) Classification: Exempt Status: Full-Time Purpose The Project Manager, Implementation plays a key role in supporting and coordinating the successful onboarding of new pharmaceutical programs and new services to PANTHERx. This individual will manage detailed project timelines, facilitate cross-functional communication, and support the delivery of high-quality implementation outcomes. Responsibilities Manages the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure. Utilizes corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects. Assists with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures. Maintains detailed project documentation including action items, issues lists, and risk management plans. Communicates project status to all stakeholders, both internal and external. Participate in client and internal stakeholder meetings; document action items and follow-up on next steps. Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives. Monitors the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation. Creates and communicates project milestone documents, dashboards, and departmental success metrics. Drives initiatives to support program planning improvements based on new implementation learnings. Other projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or technology related field. Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience. Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments. Proficient with project management tools and MS-Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in or exposure to specialty pharmacy operations. PMP certification. Work Environment This position operates in a home or professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
