Apply Job Type Full-time Description Project Manager, IT & M&A Integration Company: Emergency Care Partners Location: Remote Department: IT / Data Operations, in partnership with Corporate Development Reports To: President of Shared Services (dotted line to National Director of IT) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role This Project Manager role sits at the intersection of M&A integration and IT/data delivery. The person in this role owns end-to-end project management across acquisition integration workstreams — from early due diligence through post-close operational integration — while also leading medium-to-large IT, clinical, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) projects, including hospital and billing data integrations with client organizations. This is a high-visibility position that partners closely with the CDO, Director of Business Development, President of Shared Services, functional workstream leads, and the National Director of IT. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable navigating ambiguity in early deal stages, driving disciplined execution once integration plans are underway, and managing structured IT/RCM project delivery against PMO methodologies and standards. Key Responsibilities Integration Planning and Execution Own and maintain master integration project plans across all functional workstreams (clinical operations, revenue cycle, IT, HR, compliance, finance, etc.) Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate proactively when timelines or deliverables are at risk Facilitate integration workstream meetings — set agendas, drive decisions, capture actions, and ensure follow-through Maintain the integration tracker and produce regular status reporting for senior leadership and executive stakeholders IT, Clinical, and RCM Project Delivery Lead multiple medium-to-large IT, clinical, or RCM projects — including hospital and billing data integrations with Hospital and RCM clients — from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Manage project scope, resources, risks, documentation, and quality assurance in line with established PMO methodologies and standards Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and external consultants to drive successful project outcomes Due Diligence Support Coordinate logistics for due diligence processes, including workstream scheduling, document management, and data room coordination Support development of integration hypotheses and preliminary Day 1 / Day 100 planning during the deal phase Capture diligence findings and translate them into integration workstream inputs Stakeholder Management and Communication Serve as a central point of coordination across functional leads and IT/RCM client stakeholders, keeping workstreams aligned and informed Prepare integration status updates, leadership presentations, and board-level summaries as needed; provide regular project status updates to leadership Build trusted relationships with both acquiring and target organization teams; exercise judgment on when to escalate vs. resolve Process and Playbook Development Support continuous improvement of integration processes, templates, and playbooks Contribute to post-integration retrospectives and lessons-learned documentation Assist with pipeline management for future transactions as the deal portfolio grows Requirements Qualifications Required ? 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years supporting M&A, integration, or complex cross-functional initiatives ? 3+ years of information systems experience ? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines ? Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (project tracking software, status reporting, RAID logs) and established PMO standards ? Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complexity for executive audiences ? High comfort with ambiguity — able to structure and move work forward even when direction is incomplete ? Healthcare industry experience (provider, payer, health services, or health tech) ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred ? PMP or equivalent PMI certification, with strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance ? Experience supporting or building integration infrastructure in a matrixed organization ? Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to M&A (e.g., CON, licensure, credentialing, HIPAA) ? You've identified at least one process or tool improvement to strengthen integration or project execution going forward
