We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our delivery team and help us keep client projects running smoothly, from day-to-day support to full-scale development.
You’ll start by running several support projects in parallel, owning client communication, scope, budget and team coordination, and grow into larger development projects with a PM Lead to guide you along the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running 6–10 support projects in parallel at the start: light-touch maintenance with a bi-weekly team call, request handling and monthly invoicing;
- Moving on to larger development projects as you gain experience;
- Communication with clients: status updates, reporting and managing expectations;
- Coordinating the team's workflow, tracking workload and progress;
- Backlog formation, prioritisation and task decomposition;
- Scope control: fixing the agreed scope and tracking changes;
- Risk identification and maintaining the risk log;
- Tracking hours against the project budget and flagging deviations;
- Creating and maintaining project documentation;
- Using AI in daily work: documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, task structuring (Claude across the company, Claude Cowork in the project management team).
What we expect from you:
- 1.5+ years in IT project management, with web and/or mobile products;
- Experience as a PM in an outsourcing / IT services company, working with external clients;
- Understanding of core PM and Agile concepts: Scrum and Kanban, epics and user stories, task lifecycle, sprint planning, backlog formation and prioritisation;
- Confident with project management tools: experience with Jira and Confluence is a big advantage, other tools are fine too;
- Comfortable with direct client communication: status calls, reporting, expectation management;
- Ability to run several projects in parallel independently, switching between contexts without losing details;
- Consistency in operational and routine work: handling requests, follow-ups, keeping boards and documentation up to date;
- Awareness of the project budget: tracking hours against the plan;
- Readiness to start with support projects and grow into larger ones: learning fast, taking on unfamiliar tasks and acting on feedback;
- Ability to read team dynamics and give constructive feedback;
- Practical use of AI tools in daily work;
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher;
- BA or technical background is a big plus.
We don't expect all of this from day one; how quickly you learn matters more than a full checklist.
What we offer:
- Competitive compensation;
- A clear growth path: from support projects to larger development projects, with a PM Lead to guide you;
- Mentorship and knowledge sharing — both ways: you'll learn from experienced colleagues and have room to share your expertise;
- Modern tools, structured development programs, workshops;
- English courses tailored for business communication;
- A culture built on empathy, trust, and openness — where initiative is encouraged, feedback is honest, and people actually care about each other;
- Remote work model with an office in central Kyiv;
- Medical insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, team events and corporate presents.
