This is not an assistant role. This is an ownership role. The Internal Project Manager serves as the operational integrator — ensuring leadership vision turns into structured execution. This role is responsible for driving initiatives from ideation to implementation with defined scope, KPIs, role accountability, timelines, and measurable outcomes. ABS operates as a people operating system. Strategy without execution creates instability. This role ensures that initiatives are delivered with clarity, discipline, and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: (Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs) 1. Project Leadership & Execution Translate leadership strategy into structured project plans Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and measurable success metrics Build implementation roadmaps with clear accountability Assign responsibilities and enforce deadlines Identify risks early and escalate blockers proactively Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope 2. Cross-Department Coordination Lead structured project meetings with clear agendas and outcomes Align Sales → Recruitment → Training → Operations → Client Success handoffs Ensure KPIs are aligned across departments Eliminate silos and reduce execution delays Establish clear ownership for every deliverable 3. Process & Systems Implementation Build and standardize SOP frameworks for new services Implement structured workflows within CRM, HRIS, and reporting systems Ensure documentation is centralized, clean, and accessible Audit process adherence and close operational gaps 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Define measurable KPIs per initiative Track weekly progress and provide leadership dashboards Distinguish leading vs lagging indicators Recommend course corrections proactively Improve operational metrics such as retention, onboarding cycle time, readiness rate, and handoff quality 5. New Service Launch Management When ABS launches a new service line, this role will: Define required roles and team structure Coordinate with Recruitment on hiring criteria Align Training on readiness standards Align Sales messaging with operational capacity Ensure full go-live readiness before client-facing rollout Success Metrics (KPIs) % of projects delivered on time Reduction in cross-team execution delays Improvement in operational KPIs (retention, readiness rate, onboarding cycle time) Reduction in process errors and handoff gaps Successful launch of new service lines Adoption and compliance with documented SOPs Qualifications: Required Experience 3–7 years of Project Management experience Experience leading cross-functional teams Experience building systems or processes from scratch Strong understanding of KPI tracking and operational metrics Experience in service-based organizations Preferred Experience Healthcare or home care industry experience Experience in scaling or growth-stage organizations Skills & Competencies Execution & Ownership Strong bias toward action Comfortable enforcing deadlines High accountability standards Creates clarity where ambiguity exists Strategic Thinking Breaks big vision into tactical execution steps Understands operational cause-and-effect Identifies bottlenecks quickly Communication Direct but professional Comfortable managing up, across, and down Can facilitate structured meetings Systems-Oriented Comfortable with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred) Familiar with HRIS systems (BambooHR a plus) Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.) Strong documentation discipline Scope Boundaries (Non-Negotiable) The Internal Project Manager: Does not redefine the company strategy independently Does not bypass department heads without escalation Does not allow undocumented processes to continue This role enforces structure — not optional compliance.
