Working on projects up to €1,000,000,000 in value and with a pipeline of 50% Public and 50% Private work, they turn their hand to a diverse range of sectors, from Residential through to Education, Medical, Commercial & Fitout.

The Role:

Due to our client expanding their footprint across Ireland, our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager in the Mayo/Sligo/Roscommon region to assist in the delivery of a range of projects.

You will work primarily remotely but must cover the Mayo/Sligo/Roscommon region - which would include plenty of site visits in this client-facing role.

You will assist in the definition of project scope and objectives with key stakeholders, develop and coordinate detailed project plans to monitor progress, measure project performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Your duties will include performing risk management, managing relationships with clients and third-party vendors, create concise project documentation & ensure budgetary objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Previous relevant experience in a Project Management role or similar
• Proven experience contributing to or delivering projects across project lifecycle stages
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to capture detailed briefs and build stakeholder relationships
• A self-starter with a positive, flexible "can-do" attitude who thrives in a team environment
• Capable of taking direction while demonstrating the ability to work on own initiative
• Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role
