Role Overview
The Project Manager will own the coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations.
You Will Be Responsible For
Structuring projects
Defining timelines and deliverables
Assigning ownership
Tracking progress in Monday.com
Leading weekly project meetings
Identifying risks and bottlenecks
Ensuring deadlines are met This is not a passive reporting role. You are the engine that keeps projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
Lead planning and execution of cross-team initiatives
Build clear, timelines and milestone plans
Ensure alignment between teams with competing priorities
Task & Workflow Management
Manage all project workflows in Monday.com
Assign clear ownership and deadlines
Maintain visibility into progress and blockers
Create dashboards and reporting views for leadership
Meeting & Communication Leadership
Lead weekly project meetings
Prepare agendas and ensure actionable outcomes
Document decisions and next steps
Proactively follow up to drive execution
Risk & Bottleneck Management
Identify execution risks early
Resolve cross-team dependencies
Escalate issues appropriately
Keep leadership informed without overloading them
Process Optimization
Build repeatable systems for project management
Improve documentation and handoffs between teams
Standardize templates, workflows, and reporting structures
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in project management, operations, or cross-functional coordination
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced growth environment
Strong proficiency with Monday.com (or similar tools like Asana, ClickUp, Jira) and Google Sheets
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to push projects forward diplomatically but firmly
Comfort managing multiple stakeholders with different personalities and priorities
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000- $80,000 per year
