About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Project Manager, Marketing Operations (Senior) to support the operational rhythm of a marketing team focused on customer acquisition across multiple business segments.
This position serves as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring recurring meetings, project timelines, status updates, action items, and cross-functional initiatives remain organized and on track.
You will work closely with senior marketing leadership and regional campaign teams, providing structure, visibility, and consistent follow-through across multiple workstreams.
The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of project management experience, preferably within Marketing Operations, and can contribute immediately with minimal supervision.
Exceptional communication skills are essential. You must be able to translate discussions into clear action plans, communicate progress proactively, and maintain consistent responsiveness.
This is an operational project management position, not a marketing strategy or hands-on campaign execution role.
Why This Opportunity?
Collaborate directly with senior marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
Take ownership of high-visibility project coordination and operational processes.
Improve workflows, reporting, accountability, and team communication.
Work with modern collaboration, project management, and AI tools.
Contribute to an evolving operational environment with meaningful autonomy.
What You'll Do
Project Management & Meeting Coordination

Prepare agendas, document key decisions, identify action owners, and track commitments through completion.
Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outstanding priorities clearly and consistently.
Ensure deadlines and deliverables are followed through without requiring constant reminders.
Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
Consolidate updates from regional marketing teams and campaign leads.
Identify duplicated efforts, operational delays, dependencies, and workflow gaps.
Track campaign progress at an operational level without directly managing campaign strategy or execution.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to resolve handoff issues.
Maintain clear visibility into priorities, progress, and outstanding action items.
Tools, Processes & Operational Improvement
Use project management and collaboration tools to organize workflows, documentation, and reporting.
Work within an environment using Google Workspace, Slack, Claude, Smartsheet, and Quickbase.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to operational processes.
Help distinguish immediate operational solutions from longer-term workflow improvements.
Maintain organized documentation and reliable project tracking systems.
Proactively establish structure and accountability across evolving processes.
