To support our international business, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for French-speaking projects and customers. Fluency in French and English as well as experience in intralogistics are essential requirements for this role. In this position, you will take responsibility for and actively shape complex international projects – either from our locations in Neuenstadt, Herford, or fully remote. Become part of our team and contribute your expertise in an innovative, technology-driven environment. Your tasks Take full responsibility for exciting customer projects in an international environment – from order intake through to successful project acceptance. Actively communicate and coordinate with customers as well as internal and external project stakeholders while leading and motivating interdisciplinary project teams. Ensure project success through responsible planning and control of timelines, costs, and project scope. Prepare regular forecasts as well as technical and commercial project status reports to ensure transparency and efficiency. Proactively manage claims and change management processes to successfully address challenges and keep project objectives on track. Your profile Degree in Engineering or Information Technology Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the intralogistics business Fluent English and French language skills are mandatory to communicate successfully in an international project environment. German language skills are considered a plus Strong customer orientation combined with a solid understanding of technical and commercial feasibility in order to develop tailored solutions Structured and independent working style paired with a high level of responsibility and reliability to successfully drive projects forward Confident handling of MS Office applications, including MS Project , for effective project planning and documentation Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 30%) to provide the best possible support to our customers on site What we offer Company culture: Respect, team spirit, reliability, and passion shape the way we work together.
