■Responsibilities

・Establishment and Standardization of the Contract Development Model (Top Priority Mission)

－Building a delivery framework to facilitate the transition to a contract development model

－Standardizing development and operations processes to transform project knowledge into organizational knowledge (e.g., establishing standard documentation and estimation methods)

・General infrastructure project management (Project Lead)

－Managing progress, quality, and budget for projects such as cloud migration, network upgrades, and server deployment

－Driving projects using Agile and DevOps processes －Identifying technical risks and proposing solutions that directly contribute to the customer’s business benefits

・Implementation of modern methodologies and solution proposals

－Developing project plans based on IaC, CI/CD, and other technologies

－Proposing infrastructure architectures that translate the client’s business challenges (such as cost reduction and digital transformation) into technical solutions

－Pre-sales and consulting activities in collaboration with the sales team

・Team management and fostering the right mindset

－Leading the infrastructure engineering team and making technical decisions

－Fostering a client-focused mindset that pursues “maximizing customer value” and providing technical guidance

・Code-based Technology Support (Infrastructure as Code)

・Technology Support for Virtualization & Windows/Linux Server Design, Construction, Maintenance, and Management

■Required

Experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) in the infrastructure field (cloud, networking, or servers)

The ability to translate abstract customer requirements into concrete technical solutions and to propose and explain them

Communication skills that enable you to facilitate smooth consensus-building among multiple stakeholders

Someone who is not bound by existing practices and is eager to work on building organizational structures and improving processes

■Preferred

Experience in designing and deploying systems on public clouds such as AWS and Azure

Experience managing large-scale network and server deployment or migration projects

Experience in pre-sales or IT consulting

English proficiency (Candidates interested in collaborating with global teams are welcome; *not required*)
