Project Manager Professional

for the Team

Technology Demand

In qualità di Project Manager Professional, nel team Technology Demand (Converged Planning, Budget & Fiber Rollout), le tue attività e responsabilità saranno le seguenti:

• Gestire e coordinare end-to-end i progetti assegnati, assicurando il rispetto di obiettivi, tempi, priorità e qualità attesa.
• Raccogliere e analizzare le esigenze degli stakeholder, contribuendo alla loro traduzione in requisiti e iniziative progettuali.
• Coordinare i diversi stakeholder coinvolti e monitorare avanzamento, rischi, dipendenze e principali criticità di progetto.
• Predisporre e condividere reporting sullo stato di avanzamento dei progetti, supportando l’allineamento e i processi decisionali.

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

• Diploma o Laurea; il possesso della laurea non costituisce requisito obbligatorio.
• Almeno 10 anni di esperienza professionale nel settore delle Telecomunicazioni (TLC).
• Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi in contesti tecnologici e capacità di coordinamento trasversale di team e stakeholder.
• Conoscenza delle principali metodologie e strumenti di Project Management, buona padronanza del pacchetto Office e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

· Esperienza maturata nel ruolo di Project Manager e/o in attività di Demand Management / Technology Demand, preferibilmente nel settore TLC.

· Conoscenza dei processi, dei sistemi e delle architetture tipiche di un operatore di telecomunicazioni.

Retribuzione: a partire da 37.000 euro annui lordi + PdR.
