Their approach blends technology, resident service, and regulatory expertise to streamline property oversight for both homeowners and board members alike.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Monday - Friday
Standard time: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm Mexico City time
Daylight saving: 08:00 am to 05:00pm Mexico City time
This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage facilities projects and requests through completion.
- Maintain a master tracker for all office leases, including expiration dates, renewals, and required actions.
- Coordinate office relocations, renewals, closures, and facilities projects.
- Schedule and run weekly facilities and project meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, assign action items, and track items through completion.
- Coordinate work across vendors, field teams, and other departments as needed.
- Communicate project status, open items, deadlines, and decisions needed to involved parties.
- Escalate items requiring a decision or approval.
- Close out completed projects and organize final documentation
