Project Manager - SaaS Implementation

Job Summary: The role will have extensive experience in project management, a proven ability to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion, and exceptional communication skills to manage both clients and internal teams. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at holding all stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon project plans, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Job Location : Remote/Work from Home from the following US States: CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT Salary Range : $70 - 80,000/year + bonus DOE Responsibilities / Essential Functions Project Planning and Execution Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Management Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines to team members. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet project goals. Foster collaboration and maintain team morale through effective leadership. Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients regarding project progress, risks, and changes. Manage client expectations and resolve any concerns promptly. Accountability and Oversight Hold clients and staff accountable for adhering to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines. Conduct regular status meetings to track progress and address roadblocks. Implement and enforce project management best practices. Risk and Issue Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor for issues and conflicts, resolving them efficiently to minimize impact on project timelines. Reporting and Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and KPIs.
