Role Description This full-time remote Project Manager Scrum Master role is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring effective delivery using Agile and Scrum frameworks. The role involves planning and managing project timelines, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and removing impediments to keep work on track. The Project Manager Scrum Master will coordinate with stakeholders, manage scope and priorities, and ensure clear communication of requirements, risks, and status updates. The individual will also collaborate with technical and business teams, oversee documentation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to organizational processes and quality standards. Qualifications
Project Management skills, including experience managing timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder communication
Expeditor and Expediting skills to track deliverables, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure timely completion of project activities
Inspection skills to review work products, verify quality, and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across teams and vendors
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams in Agile practices
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote, distributed teams
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent practical experience
Professional certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, or Agile-related credentials are highly beneficial
