About the Role : We are looking for a Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience (minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master) who can effectively facilitate Agile teams while bringing strong capabilities in delivery metrics, dashboards and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve visibility and insights into team performance. What You'll Do: Serve as a Servant Leader and coach Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban practices. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Work effectively in a startup environment, helping teams and stakeholders adopt and embrace Agile practices, often requiring influence, coaching, and practical adaptation of frameworks. Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance metrics collection, reporting, and workflow insights. Track and analyse Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and sprint predictability. Build and maintain Jira dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to teams and stakeholders. Identify and remove team impediments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to ensure effective backlog management and delivery alignment. What You’ll Need : 5+ years of experience, with minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master. Strong experience with Scrum and Agile practices. Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation or analytics. Experience in Networking, Aviation, Maritime or Satellite domains is a plus. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with Jira dashboards, reporting, and Agile metrics. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) are a plus.
