The Role
We are hiring a full-time Project Manager based in Yorkshire and the Humber to lead client
engagement, solution design and implementation of end-to-end digitalisation initiatives. This is a
people-first, commercially aware role. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients —
building trust, uncovering needs, and guiding organisations through change. You’ll take customers from
initial discovery and proposal through to implementation, adoption and long-term value realisation,
working across our UK customer base and helping grow our regional presence.
The role is home-based, with regular travel to client sites across the region and occasional travel
further afield. It suits someone who is as comfortable in a boardroom as on a factory floor — someone
who listens carefully, communicates with clarity, and knows how to bring people on a journey.
What You Will Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders at every level — from frontline teams to senior leadership
- Lead discovery workshops and structured requirement-gathering sessions to understand operational goals, pain points and priorities
- Map current-state processes and co-design future-state workflows with client teams
- Translate complex operational requirements into clear, structured solution designs
- Develop and present compelling proposals, including value articulation and return on investment
- Own full project delivery from kick-off to go-live, managing timelines, stakeholders and scope
- Design and execute change management and adoption plans that ensure solutions stick
- Communicate project status, risks and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements across the UK
- Support growth of the UK customer base through proactive relationship management and identifying expansion opportunities
What We Are Looking For
Required Experience
- 3+ years in a client-facing project management, business analyst, or digital transformation role
- Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into structured solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to adapt your style for different audiences
- Full project lifecycle delivery experience with confidence managing scope, timelines and expectations
- Comfortable working on-site with customers in operational environments
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle, with willingness to travel regularly to client sites
- Right to work in the UK
Strongly Preferred
- Experience working with industrial, operations, or process-driven businesses (manufacturing background not required)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or operational workflows
- Experience building business cases or demonstrating ROI to stakeholders
- Structured change management experience or relevant certification
- Exposure to SaaS implementation or technology adoption projects
