Role: Project Manager - Unified Visual Communications

Location: Remote, US

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits including: health, vision/dental insurance; disability, vacation, sickness, 401K

Due to further growth, we have an opportunity for a proven AV/VC Project Manager to join our highly collaborative team to apply their industry knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills and administrative techniques to coordinate activities implementing unified visual communications solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating all internal and external tasks to deploy assigned service projects

• Handle several large to mid-size projects as well as several additional smaller projects simultaneously

• Conducting internal and external kick-off meetings for projects and establishing project schedules

• Scheduling and holding project status meetings, as necessary

• Undertake project job cost assessment and tracking related to each as well as providing monthly project forecasts

• Supporting and assisting the Sales team with project timelines and RFP responses as requested

• Interface with vendors as necessary

• Act as Single Point of Contact during project execution.

Skills & experience

• Proven experience working in Project Management position within the AV/VC/Unified Comms sector

• Able to lead Project Teams to meet assigned success criteria

• PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification desired, not essential

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Background in a supervisory / leadership role

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

• Comfortable with domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area (some International travel may be required)

• Valid U.S. driver’s license is a requirement and must have a positive driver’s abstract

• Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts
