GST, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team in support of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at our office in Silver Spring, MD and has been approved for a hybrid work schedule. The individual must be an expert in project management and software planning tools. This position requires mid to senior level software development and project management experience. Must have sophisticated IMS experience.
Primary Duties:
- Experienced project manager expert in software planning tools and multifaceted project coordination
- Enterprise level data management and project timeline mapping experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Jira, especially in the context of science and technology planning
- Government sector experience
- Project Management experience in both waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Planning for project milestones and facilitating iteration and steady progress in NOAA's satellite missions progress
- Work with subject matter experts to identify key milestones and map them to work breakdown structures
- Projects include planning a common cloud framework and on-prem integration
- Manage an overall schedule control board
- Microsoft Project expert level experience required
- Smartsheet experience preferred
- Jira experience highly preferred
Required Education/Experience Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree with emphasis on science or technology management, software development, information technology or project management in general.
- Five to ten years of master scheduler project experience in support of senior leadership, preferably in the science, cloud migration, and government sectors.

Salary at GST is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range or this position and is just one component of the GST total compensation package for employees.
