We are looking for a Project Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of impactful campaigns. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding communication abilities to deliver top-notch results and strengthen client partnerships.

Location: México, Argentina

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships to understand their business objectives and marketing needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies aligned with client goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes that inform strategic decisions.
• Create compelling, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to showcase strategies, campaign proposals, and performance reports to clients.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns that are timely, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, provide regular updates to clients, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Proactively identify upselling opportunities and additional services to expand client accounts.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience working in marketing agencies.
• Strong proficiency with tools for project management, analytics, and presentations.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive in an agency environment.
• Ideally, experience working with large or multinational brands, from the client-side perspective.
• Strong ability to manage and filter clients, ensuring clear communication and effective client handling
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
• Over 4 years of experience in account management or related roles.
• Valid US Visa to facilitate client interactions and travel.
