Salesforce & ERP Administration
– Serve as the PMO's business administrator for Salesforce and primary contact for project and order data in the ERP, in partnership with IT.
– Manage field, workflow, and user access changes in line with IT change management procedures.
Project Records & Data Integrity
– Own tracking of change orders, requests for information (RFIs), and corrective action tickets from intake through closure.
– Set and enforce data entry and documentation standards for PMO project records.
– Audit Salesforce and ERP data for accuracy and completeness, and drive corrections with record owners.
Compliance & Controls
– Support SOX compliance for PMO processes, including change order approvals, billing milestones, and order and revenue data, in coordination with Finance and Internal Audit.
– Maintain control documentation and audit evidence.
KPI Reporting & Insights
– Own PMO KPI reporting and dashboards, including on-time delivery, change orders, RFI and corrective action aging, and backlog.
– Prepare the monthly operating review report.
– Analyze project and quality data to identify trends and root causes, and recommend actions that improve the overall customer experience.
Required
– Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
– 4+ years of experience in business systems, project operations, or business analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
– Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
– Working experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
– Experience leading technology or process improvement projects with IT.
– Working knowledge of SOX or other internal controls.
– Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and reporting skills.
Preferred
