Project Qualification Coordinator (Construction/Estimating) (Up to ₱60,000 | Remote | Dayshift)

Do you enjoy turning construction leads into structured, ready-to-quote opportunities? As a Project Qualification Coordinator, you take newly identified construction and landscape projects and convert them into accurate, well-documented HubSpot deals — reviewing plans, specifications and schedules, confirming scope and stakeholders, and preparing the bill of quantities your sales team needs to quote with confidence.
You own the qualification process end to end: assessing project relevance and timing, reading architectural, landscape and civil drawings, reaching out to architects, builders, contractors and councils to close information gaps, and handing over a clear, complete brief to your BDM. This role rewards accuracy and judgement over call volume — you're measured on the quality of what you qualify, not how many calls you make.
YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
- At least 3 years of experience supporting construction, estimating, tendering, project coordination, sales operations or a similar project-based function
- Working knowledge of construction project stages, tender processes, lead times and the roles of key project stakeholders
- Strong written and spoken English, with the confidence to request information and clarify requirements by email and phone
- High attention to detail when reviewing documents, entering CRM data and preparing quantity take-offs
- The ability to manage a high volume of projects, priorities and deadlines without losing accuracy
- Strong research skills and sound judgement when project information is incomplete or inconsistent
- Competence with Microsoft 365 and experience using a CRM or project database
- A reliable remote working setup, including stable internet, suitable equipment and a professional workspace
STRONG SIGNALS
- Proven ability to read architectural, landscape, civil or construction drawings
- Experience comparing drawings, schedules and specification documents and identifying discrepancies
- Experience preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, tender summaries or quotation briefs
- Experience with HubSpot, BCI Central, EstimateOne or related construction intelligence platforms
- Exposure to landscape construction, public-space infrastructure, street furniture, shelters, barbecues, recreation products or local government projects
- A qualification in construction management, architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, quantity surveying, drafting or a related field

Project opportunity review and qualification
You assess every new lead for fit before it goes any further.
- Review new and existing opportunities from BCI, EstimateOne and other approved project information sources
- Assess project stage, scope, location, procurement path, expected construction timing and relevance
- Flag specified competitor products, substitution opportunities and projects worth early engagement
Technical documentation and bill of quantities
You turn plans and specs into a quote-ready take-off.
- Read architectural, landscape, civil and construction plans to identify relevant products and requirements
- Review schedules, legends, notes, addenda and specification documents against the drawings
- Prepare an accurate bill of quantities with products, quantities, plan and specification references, and open clarifications
Stakeholder engagement and CRM ownership
You keep every record, contact and next step current.
- Identify the correct project contacts and roles, and confirm scope, tender status, quote due dates and purchasing timeframes by email or phone
- Obtain the latest drawings, schedules, specifications, addenda and tender documents
- Maintain complete HubSpot company, contact and deal records, and prepare a clear handover — BOQ, contact list, deadline, next action, risks and open questions — for the BDM
