  • Apply established project management methodologies and best practices to programme delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify dependencies, risks, and scheduling conflicts, and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Support programme governance activities, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and methodologies.
  • Work with PM tools including Financial Force, Propel, LightSpeed, and DTPM2 Methodology.

  • Utilise DTPM2 templates and solution scenarios to support project planning and execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and project delivery functions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a PMO, Project Scheduler, or Programme Scheduler role.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project, including resource planning and management.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling methodologies and programme planning principles.
  • Experience creating clear, meaningful visualisations and dashboards for a range of stakeholder groups.
  • Working knowledge of PM tools such as Financial Force, Propel, LightSpeed, and DTPM2 Methodology.
  • Familiarity with Service Briefs, Work Breakdown Structures, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and scheduling impacts.
  • Basic technical understanding and the ability to navigate complex programmes with multiple interconnected workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working within international and cross-functional teams.
