Position: Project Scheduler / Planner Contract Duration: Approximately 1–2 months No. of Resources: 1 Working Arrangement: Remote, with occasional attendance at the KL office (approximately 1–2 times per week) Start Date: Immediate Scope of Work Review and consolidate existing project schedules from various sources. Integrate and align multiple project schedules into a consolidated master schedule. Clean up, organize, and update project scheduling data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve scheduling gaps, inconsistencies, or duplicate information. Coordinate with project team members remotely to gather and validate scheduling information. Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project . Provide general support to the project team on scheduling and planning activities. Ensure schedules are properly structured and presented for project monitoring and reporting. Qualifications & Requirements Junior candidates are welcome to apply. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Project with the ability to manage and update project schedules. Previous experience in project scheduling, planning, or project coordination is preferred. Strong attention to detail with good organizational and data management skills. Ability to review, consolidate, and clean up multiple project schedules accurately. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote working environment. Available to start immediately . Willing to attend the KL office approximately 1–2 times per week when required.
