Are you an experienced technical leader looking to take ownership of a high-performing service team?

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Melbourne Projects team, delivering complex commercial construction projects across Victoria.

This is an excellent opportunity for a site-based leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and has experience managing electrical, building automation, security, or technology installations.

The Opportunity

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of on-site project delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing installation activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to Honeywell's high standards.

Working closely with project managers, customers, builders and subcontractors, you will play a key role in successfully delivering integrated building technology solutions across commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, government and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities across multiple project phases
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and commissioning teams
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Drive project schedule adherence and site productivity
• Lead site safety meetings, toolbox talks and compliance activities
• Monitor quality, installation standards and project documentation
• Liaise with builders, consultants, customers and internal stakeholders
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues and project risks

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor or similar role
• Electrical trade background and relevant licensing preferred
• Experience delivering commercial construction or building services projects
• Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of building technology systems such as:
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Integrated Security Systems
  • Access Control
  • CCTV
  • Building Automation
  • HVAC Controls
  • Strong understanding of site safety, risk management and compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment

Security Clearance Requirement

• Australian Citizenship is essential and candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security clearance
