About the Role

Clobotics is looking for a full-time South America-based Project Supervisor to lead our technologically cutting-edge projects involving collecting data from brick-n-mortar stores across Americas’ markets. This role will manage fieldwork vendors, monitor project execution progress, coordinate and troubleshoot with product and operating teams, regularly sync up with clients, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the quality standards.

The responsibilities include project set-up, allocating visit tasks to vendors, writing and updating training materials, helping vendors onboard their users with training, , coaching and qualifying process, monitoring progress and quality control from onset to project close. This role will report to North American solution head, accountable for delivering project on time on quality within budget.

What We Are Looking For

• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing uncertainties or multiple workstreams in a fast-moving project environment where not every detail is predefined.

• Experience in managing retail field operations, merchandising execution, crowd operations, operations support, project coordination, and data analytics.

• Experience supporting retail audits, store visits, field execution, merchandising projects, or distributed field worker teams is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with crowdsourcing models, gig worker operations, field vendor coordination, or third-party merchandising companies is a plus.

• Comfortable operating software platforms, dashboards, task management tools, FAQs; able to learn and use platforms and tools quickly.

• Able to monitor project progress, assess and predict risk level, and take practical action to keep execution on track.

• Strong remote communication and support skills with good judgment on what must be prioritized and resolved with time sensitivity.

• Able to travel occasionally internationally

Communication Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Work Arrangement

• Engagement type: Full-time, remote.

• Working hours: primarily U.S. daytime business hours. Occasional evening or weekend support may be needed for urgent project needs.
