What will you do as Project Manager – Turnkey a.i.?

As a Project Manager – Turnkey, you are the operational owner of assigned customer and product-development projects. From the moment a project is handed over by the Account Manager through product development, production, delivery, customer launch and formal project closure, you maintain oversight and keep the project moving forward.

You are the central connector between Account Management, NPD, Buying, QA, Design & Creative, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, suppliers and customers. You ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, customer requirements, quality standards, cost targets, timelines and compliance requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• You take full operational ownership of assigned customer and product-development projects, from the handover by the Account Manager through to production, delivery, customer launch and project closure;

• You translate approved customer briefs into clear project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, critical paths, responsibilities, risks and dependencies, and keep all relevant project documentation and trackers up to date;

• You lead project kick-offs, cross-functional meetings and milestone reviews, coordinating teams across Account Management, NPD, Buying, QA, Design & Creative, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and external suppliers to ensure milestones are achieved;

• You coordinate and monitor all key development, production and delivery activities, including formulations, packaging, samples, costings, artwork, testing, specifications, approvals, production planning, freight and customer-delivery commitments;

• You act as the day-to-day operational contact for customers, proactively manage risks, changes and delays, ensure all production-readiness requirements are completed and drive projects through to successful delivery, customer launch and evaluation.

Your profile:

You are an energetic and structured Project Manager who can bring people together, create clarity in complex situations and maintain control of multiple projects at the same time. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and take ownership from the first brief through to final delivery.

This is what you bring to the table:

• Relevant education and experience; You have a completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Product Development or a related field. You have demonstrable experience in project management, preferably within a product-development, manufacturing, FMCG, beauty, packaging or private-label environment.

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills; You are able to align different internal and external stakeholders, create commitment and keep projects moving forward. You communicate clearly and know how to manage expectations with both colleagues and customers.

• Structured and accurate; You work systematically, manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously, and maintain a clear overview of timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies. Quality, documentation and deadlines are in safe hands with you.

• Proactive and solution-oriented; You identify risks, bottlenecks and delays early, take action and provide practical solutions. You remain calm under pressure and know when and how to escalate an issue.

• Commercial and operational awareness; You understand the importance of feasibility, customer requirements, costs, timing, quality, supply chain and compliance in the successful delivery of a project.

• Strong communication skills; You communicate professionally and confidently with internal teams, suppliers and customers. You are fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
