Mit wem werden Sie zusammenarbeiten?

Als Teil unseres Quality-Teams arbeiten Sie eng mit den Bereichen Engineering, Projektmanagement und Produktion zusammen. Darüber hinaus stehen Sie im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern, um Qualitätsanforderungen erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?

Als Mitglied der Quality Group sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung qualitätsrelevanter Aktivitäten in Projekten. Sie unterstützen die Implementierung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen in der Serienfertigung, begleiten die Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen und wirken an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems mit.

Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Klima- und Kältetechnik, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung oder Qualitätsmanagement
• Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Durchsetzungsstärke und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
• Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Reisebereitschaft

Wie sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus?

• Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle qualitätsrelevanter Themen in Projekten
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen in der Serienfertigung
• Mitarbeit bei Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen für interne und externe Fehler
• Durchführung von Prozess- und Produktaudits
• Unterstützung bei Kundenreklamationen
• Auswertung von Qualitätsdaten und Erstellung von Lessons Learned
• Unterstützung bei der Pflege des QM-Systems sowie bei Zertifizierungs-Audits
