Join a team that helps brands stand out. Think Patented is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Promotional Products Coordinator to support our growing promotional products division. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with customers, suppliers and co-workers.

What You'll Do

• Assist with customer quotes, pricing, and idea presentations.
• Enter promotional product orders accurately into an order management system.
• Manage orders from entry through delivery confirmation.
• Coordinate customer projects with Sales, Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, Accounting, and other internal departments.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.

What We're Looking For

• Promotional products experience preferred, but not required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in order entry, order management, customer service, or accounting support.
• Experience working in an ERP or order management system.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.

Work Schedule & Location

• Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
• Monday-Friday. Typical business hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm.
• Minimum of 4 days per week in the office with up to 1 remote day per week with manager approval.
