Property Advisor - Outbound Sales - Commission Only

Affordable Living Solutions Company (ALSC) is expanding and looking for a motivated Property Advisor to support our growing customer enquiry pipeline. We’re looking for motivated Property Advisors to guide customers through their home-buying journey, modular homes and Pod homes, providing expert advice, building relationships, and helping them find the best solution for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new website enquiries within 24 hours.
- Build strong relationships with prospective home buyers.
- Understand each customer’s property goals, budget and timeframe.
- Recommend suitable modular homes and housing solutions.
- Educate customers on our products, process and available options.
- Send brochures, floor plans, pricing and relevant information.
- Manage customer interactions and follow-up activities in HubSpot.
- Book consultations and progress qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
About You
• Confident communicator with strong phone skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
• Modular and pod homes experience
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
• Organised, self-motivated and proactive
• Comfortable working with CRM systems
• Ability to build rapport and maintain follow-up processes
A genuine interest in property, housing or helping customers achieve home ownership.
Desirable Experience
• Property, housing, construction or real estate industry exposure
• HubSpot or CRM experience
- Remote sales or customer relationship management.
