You'll join our nationally recognised social housing team, supporting Partners on high-value development and stock rationalisation projects for Registered Providers. This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant affordable housing schemes. Key Responsibilities Lead development and portfolio transactions Manage due diligence and risk reviews Draft and negotiate property documents Advise Registered Providers on development matters Support business development and mentoring Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualified solicitor, 3+ years' PQE Property development or transactional experience Strong drafting and stakeholder skills Commercial, practical approach to risk Able to manage multiple matters effectively Benefits Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities Hybrid working 25 days holiday, 2 gift days at Christmas.
