Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, remote position focused on guiding clients through property selection, acquisition, and related decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reviewing property listings, and providing tailored recommendations based on each client’s needs and budget. The Property Consultant will communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings, answer inquiries, and support them through negotiations and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property data, and staying updated on market trends and regulations to provide current, reliable advice.
