You’ll work with UK property owners who are actively looking for solutions to complex, difficult or time-sensitive property sales — helping them understand their options and guiding them towards the right outcome.
💰 EARNING POTENTIAL
ZAR 431,000+ realistic first-year earnings
ZAR 275,000 base salary
ZAR 156,000 OTE
Uncapped commission — top performers can earn significantly more

✔️ Speak with UK property owners and understand their circumstances
✔️ Identify the right property sale solution for each client
✔️ Conduct online property valuations and market assessments
✔️ Explain our cash purchase, auction and managed sale options
✔️ Build trust and confidently guide clients through the sales process
✔️ Deliver an exceptional client experience while working towards ambitious targets
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need to be a property expert from day one.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident and persuasive — comfortable speaking with people on the phone
Commercially driven — motivated by targets, results and earning potential
An excellent communicator — with strong spoken and written English
Customer-focused — able to build trust quickly and professionally
Ambitious — eager to develop a career in UK property and sales
Resilient and proactive — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales experience is highly desirable, particularly in a target-driven environment. Property experience is a bonus, but not essential.
