Property Management Account Manager (US) - Remote

We are looking for a Property Management Account Manager. The role focuses on overseeing property operations and communications within a portfolio, requiring a high level of critical thinking and adaptability to navigate complex scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Client and Tenant Relationships: Act as the primary lead for all client and tenant communications and relationship management.
• Oversee Operational Management: Handle day-to-day property operations, managing portfolios that range from approximately 70 units for standard AMs up to 350 units for top performers.
• Execute Daily Communication Tasks: Conduct reading and writing-based tasks, consisting primarily of email correspondence and occasional outbound phone calls.
• Scale Portfolios: Grow and scale assigned portfolios over time, with a starting target of approximately 100 units, increasing to 150 or 200+ units to drive performance-based revenue share.
• Problem Solve and Adapt: Navigate unique, complex scenarios not explicitly covered by manuals or FAQs, requiring a proactive, autodidactic approach.
• Maintain Composure and Resolve Conflict: Effectively de-escalate conflicts with clients and tenants while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a high-paced environment.



Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management, particularly as a Leasing Agent, Property Management Assistant, or in a similar property operations role.
• Strong ability to oversee daily operations, workflows, and team performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing clients, tenants, and team members.
• Ability to supervise, guide, and hold Virtual Assistants accountable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing operational needs.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English.
• Quiet home office work environment.
• A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available.
