Property Management Operations Specialist

Salary: $7.50 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Property Management Operations Specialist to support a growing U.S.-based property management company managing 300+ units. If you have strong Buildium experience and enjoy keeping operations organized in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing Buildium operations and work orders
• Coordinating maintenance with vendors
• Supporting leasing workflows and applications
• Assisting with accounting and operational processes
• Helping streamline day-to-day property management operations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of property management or real estate operations experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Buildium (required)
• Experience with maintenance coordination and leasing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years Previous Property Management experience required
• Buildium and Appfolio experience is requried
• Google WorkPlace experience is a must
• Lease renewal experience is a must
• Experience with rent collections and maintenance coordination
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Texas Property Code experience in Texas is a plus but not required
