The Role We’re looking for an energetic, customer service driven Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential estates and deliver top-tier service. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll ensure that all policies and procedures are applied to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing Financials : Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, and conduct regular financial reviews to maintain the financial health of each estate. Maintenance Oversight : Implement planned and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring all site inspections, contractor management, and health & safety regulations are adhered to. Stakeholder Communication : Lead meetings with residents and directors, draft professional correspondence, and resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically. Major Works : Oversee major works programs, tender contracts, and ensure all assets and insurance claims are effectively managed. What You’ll Bring: Qualifications : TPI Part 1 or other property qualifications desirable. Experience : 3+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in property, estate, or customer management. Budget and financial control experience, with some knowledge of building systems and maintenance. Skills : Strong time management, project management, and delegation skills. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a knack for financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Qube is a plus. This role would be 2 days in our Cambridge office, 2 days working from home and 1 day out on site. The salary banding for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
