As we continue expanding our international property network, we are building partnerships with property owners, property managers, developers, hotels, and accommodation providers across multiple markets. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Partner Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of new partners and ensure their properties are accurately and professionally published on our website. About the Role The Property Partner Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the process of bringing new partner properties into our network, from the initial onboarding stage through to the property being fully published and ready for bookings. This role combines partner communication, data collection, property listing creation, WordPress management, content optimization, and quality control . The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with detailed information, and able to communicate professionally with partners while ensuring every property meets Corporate Stays' quality and content standards. Key Responsibilities Partner Onboarding Contact newly approved property partners and introduce them to the onboarding process. Clearly explain the information, documentation, photos, and materials required to complete a property listing. Follow up with partners to collect missing or incomplete information. Maintain regular communication with partners throughout the onboarding process. Ensure partners understand the requirements and next steps before publication. Property Data & Listing Management Collect and organize property information, including descriptions, amenities, policies, rates, availability, location details, and contact information. Review submitted information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Create and update property listings following established company SOPs and checklists. Ensure all required information is entered correctly before publication. Coordinate updates to existing listings whenever property information changes. WordPress & Content Management Create and publish property listings on the company's WordPress website. Format property content according to company standards. Review and improve property descriptions to ensure they are clear, professional, and engaging. Organize and upload property images while ensuring they meet quality and formatting standards. Ensure property pages are complete, visually consistent, and ready for publication. SEO & Listing Optimization Apply basic SEO principles to property listings using internal guidelines. Optimize titles, descriptions, headings, and other relevant listing content. Ensure listings are structured to provide a strong user experience and support search visibility. Identify opportunities to improve existing listings based on internal guidelines and performance. Quality Control Conduct a final review of each property before publication. Verify the accuracy and completeness of property information. Ensure photos, descriptions, amenities, policies, and other listing elements meet company standards. Identify and correct errors before properties go live. Track and resolve revisions or corrections required after publication. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with the Partner Success, Marketing, Reservations, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure property information is accurate and aligned with business requirements. Coordinate internally when additional information or clarification is required. Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed before a property is considered fully onboarded. Maintain clear communication regarding the status of each property. Documentation & Tracking Maintain accurate records of all properties currently in the onboarding process. Track onboarding status, pending information, partner follow-ups, and publication dates. Keep internal systems and records updated. Follow company SOPs and ensure all onboarding steps are properly documented. Continuous Improvement Identify recurring issues or delays in the onboarding process. Recommend improvements to onboarding workflows, checklists, and SOPs. Help improve the quality and consistency of property listings across the partner network. Support initiatives aimed at increasing the number and quality of properties available through the network. Performance Goals / KPIs Success in this role will be measured through KPIs including: Number of properties successfully onboarded and published Average onboarding time from partner approval to publication Percentage of listings completed without missing information Listing accuracy and completeness Property listing quality score SEO optimization and content quality Percentage of listings published without errors Number of revisions required after publication Partner response and follow-up completion rate Onboarding backlog Accuracy of property information entered into the website SOP and checklist compliance Qualifications Excellent written and spoken English. Previous experience with WordPress and website content management. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written communication and partner-facing skills. Comfortable communicating with property owners, managers, and business partners. Ability to follow detailed SOPs, checklists, and processes. Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization . Experience with hospitality, property management, vacation rentals, real estate, OTAs, or accommodation platforms is highly preferred. Experience managing property listings or accommodation websites is a strong advantage. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation and optimization is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple properties simultaneously. Reliable internet connection and a professional work-from-home environment.
