Role Description: This is a full-time, remote Real Estate Agent/Property Practitioner/Candidate Property Practitioner role for someone based in South Africa (we welcome applicants from all provinces). The Real Estate Agent/Property Practitioner/Candidate Property Practitioner will be expected to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, including conducting property viewings, listing new properties, and advising on listing prices and market conditions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, preparing and presenting property listings, and managing negotiations between buyers and sellers. The role also involves coordinating with attorneys, bond originators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions, as well as maintaining accurate records and complying with all relevant PPRA Regulations. The ideal candidate will actively build long-term client relationships, represent the NBi Props brand professionally, and contribute to the agency’s growth as well as their own.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid FFC and proof of compliance with PPRA requirements.
• Proven experience in Real Estate and Property transactions, including residential sales or rentals. At least 2 years of experience in this field.
• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and effective client communication.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.
• Knowledge of the property market in your area is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for listings, communication, and basic lead tracking.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with the broader team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport for client meetings and property viewings.
