Description
Engrain builds map-based tech that’s redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies—and 20,000 properties—to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management.
We’re not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don’t do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds, we’re entering a phase of serious scale.
As the Property Survey Coordinator, you will be integral to our on-site video capture process, ensuring seamless coordination and meticulous analysis that directly impact the quality and efficiency of our deliverables. This role bridges property stakeholder coordination with detailed data analysis, giving you a deep understanding of each project and enhancing the overall workflow. Working closely with video creation vendors, on-site property teams, and internal product groups, you will ensure all site requirements are met with precision and timeliness. Your ability to manage multiple projects, analyze property inventory data, and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining our high standards and driving client satisfaction. This is a temporary 60-90 day full-time (min 30 hours/ week) position that requires schedule flexibility.
What you’ll do...
- Independently execute manual plotting and pathfinding implementation work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to developing Product standards
- Plot, tag, and validate nodes and ways on digital maps to support Engrain’s pathfinding features.
- Perform quality assurance checks on completed work, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and edge cases and flagging them for follow-up.
- Review survey footage, architectural files, and other source materials to ensure implementation accuracy.
- Perform quality assurance work while working on active projects with developing applications and workflows, communicating with Property Survey Logistics Specialist, Survey Vendor(s), and Customers in an agile and concise manner.

- Analytical & Problem Solving: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to identify discrepancies, ensure property data accuracy, and develop effective solutions.
- Autonomy & Time Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle evolving task requirements, unstandardized workflows, and software development testing phases while collaborating with product teams.
- Focus & Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently with urgency while maintaining accuracy during extended periods of detail-oriented, repetitive tasks.
- Onboarding: Capacity to quickly learn and align with Engrain standards, roles, and workflows.
