We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Property Valuation Assistant to support our Australian valuation team. You will prepare professional draft desktop valuation reports for commercial, rural, and residential properties across Australia using research materials and templates provided by certified Australian Valuers.

Your Impact

• Draft Valuation Reports: Prepare comparable-sales and rental schedules (leveraging AI tools), analyze land and building metrics, research zoning and planning controls, and draft report sections for review by Australian Valuers.
• Property Data & Market Analysis: Investigate property sales history, analyze commercial yields and capitalization rates, evaluate rural agricultural characteristics, and maintain accurate research records.
• Quality Control & Proofreading: Format and proofread reports, check calculations and source information, and identify discrepancies, gaps, or inconsistencies in available data.
• Collaborative Team Support: Communicate research findings clearly to Australian Valuers, manage multiple assignments, and adhere strictly to systems, methodologies, and quality-control procedures.

What You Bring

• The Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in property, real estate, property research, valuation support, property administration, data analysis, or a related field (previous Australian property research experience or RPData/CoreLogic familiarity is an advantage).
• Education & Credentials: A qualification in property, real estate, land economics, valuation, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Technical Acumen: Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills, strong numerical and analytical capabilities, and comfort working with structured templates and detailed instructions.
• Core Competencies: Excellent written and spoken English, exceptional attention to detail, robust online research skills, and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
