Proposal Lead

Looking for an opportunity within a business that offer a genuine ‘people first’ culture? We're looking for a talented Proposal Writer to join our Commercial Strategy Team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality tender submissions for commercial strategic and public sector opportunities, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business. This is a home-based role working on a full-time, permanent basis. Write compelling, customer-focused tender and proposal responses. Review tender documentation and identify key requirements and opportunities. Coordinate stakeholders to gather information and manage submission timelines. Support SQs, PQQs and tender submissions. Proofread and quality-check content to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain and develop proposal content libraries and best practice resources. Support continuous improvement across proposal and bid processes. What we would like you to bring: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Also experience using AI tools and Adobe software. Experience in proposal, bid or tender writing is desirable but not essential we would consider experience in procurement or publications or recent graduates with relevant experience.
