Proposal Manager

Description We are seeking a Proposal Lead to provide 16 weeks of maternity leave coverage supporting the Business Development Services (BDS) team. This is a fully remote, highly autonomous role responsible for leading the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process for prospective employer clients evaluating onsite, near-site, virtual care, behavioral health, physical therapy, and other healthcare service offerings. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing healthcare-related proposals, be proficient with proposal management platforms such as Loopio, Responsive (RFPIO), or Qvidian, and be able to quickly integrate into the team with minimal training. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brentwood, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
